MOBILE VEHICLE EMISSIONS TESTING VANS

HOURS OF OPERATION

NASHVILLE, TN, May 31, 2012 – The Metro Public Health Department and Opus Inspection announced today that, beginning June 5, 2012, the mobile vehicle emissions testing vans located at Cane Ridge Park, Joelton Park and Rhodes Park will be open each Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.  In addition, the Rhodes mobile test van will be open the same hours on the first and last business days of each month. 

The mobile test van located at the Bellevue YMCA will be open each Tuesday through Thursday from  11:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Please be advised that severe weather or operational constraints may prohibit operation of any or all mobile testing units.  Please call 615-399-5292 or 866-623-8378 to verify the mobile unit of your choice is operating.

Typically wait time is much less at our mobile test vans versus our other testing sites.

The vehicle emission testing fee remains $9, among the lowest in the Nation.
